Sprout:

Paint your nails with a light pink hue and gradually decrease the concentration of nail paint around the edges of the nail. Now carefully draw a sprout originating from the cuticle and growing towards the edges. Use white color to draw the sprout and only draw it on the big toe nail. Leave the others with the sprout.

Glitter fade:

Use glitter to paint the big toenail and increase its concentration around the cuticle. Decrease the concentration as the edges approach and leave the ¾ part of the nail naked. Upon viewing from the top, this will look like there is a sea wave of glitter on the toenail. Now paint all the other nails with plain glitter. This upside-down fading glitter design looks very cool for formal attire.

Geometrical designs:

This falls in the category of unique and minimalistic. Use pastel colors if you want a subtle and sophisticated decent look for your nails. But this is not the limitation.
